Abstract

본 발명은 자동차 안전벨트의 충격흡수장치에 관한 것으로, 레일(30)이 고정되는 필라(36)에 절곡부(38)가 형성된 장공(37)을 형성시키고, 이 장공(37)에는 스프링(40)에 의하여 탄력지지되는 절곡편(42)이 끼워진 고정볼트(34)를 체결시켜서 충돌사고시 필라(36)에 부착된 레일(30)이 하방으로 슬라이드되도록 한 것으로, 본 발명에 의하면 충돌사고 등의 경우, 안전벨트(10)가 급격히 신장이 정지되면서 신체를 압박하게 될 때, 안전벨트(10)의 일단이 연결된 레일(30)이 필라(36)의 하방으로 슬라이드되면서 안전벨트(10)의 길이를 소정길이만큼 신장시켜주므로써, 안전벨트(10)에 의하여 신체에 가해지는 압박을 최소화하고, 순간적인 충격을 완화시켜 줄 수 있도록 한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 차체의 측면 필라(36)에 고정볼트(34)로 레일(30)이 고정되고, 이 레일(30)의 내측에는 안전벨트(10)가 끼워진 벨트고리(12)가 결합된 벨트걸이(14)가 높이조절가능하게 설치되는 것에 있어서, 상기 레일(30)의 상부 중앙에는 고정볼트(34)가 끼워지는 고정공(32)을 천공시키고, 상기 필라(36)에는 상부 소정위치에 필라(36)의 내측으로 절곡부(38)가 형성된 장공(37)을 천공시키며, 이 장공(37)의 내측에서는 상기 고정볼트(34)의 내측에 절곡편(42)을 스프링(40)으로 탄력지지하도록하여 끼워넣고 너트(39)로 체결시켜서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 안전벨트의 충격흡수장치.
