Abstract

본 발명은 범퍼의 완충구조에 관한 것으로서, 범퍼빔(11)의 일측으로 형성된 범퍼스테이(12)와, 상기 범퍼스테이(12)의 일측단이 가이드되는 공간부(22)가 형성되고, 차체 프레임(20)에 고정되도록 형성된 댐퍼(21)에 있어서, 상기 댐퍼(21)의공간부(22)내에 충격완충재(30)를 구비하여서 차량의 범퍼와 차체 프레임 사이에 M.R.F수지로된 충격완충재를 구비하여 차량의 충돌시 범퍼에 가해진 외부충격이 차체 프레임쪽으로 전달되는 속도를 지연 및 완충시킴에 따라 차체의 파손을 줄일 수 있고, 차내 승차자가 안전한 상태를 유지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 범퍼빔(11)의 일측으로 형성된 범퍼스테이(12)와, 상기 범퍼스테이(12)의 일측단이 가이드되는 공간부(22)가 형성되고 차체 프레임(20)에 고정되도록 형성된 댐퍼(21)에 있어서, 상기 댐퍼(21)의 공간부(22)내에 충격완충재(30)를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 범퍼의 완충구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 충격완충재(30)는 자장에 따라 액체의 점성이 변화하는 M.R.유체(MAGNETO-REOLOGY FLUID)를 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 범퍼의 완충구조.
