Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 다기능 스위치 어셈블리에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 ㄱ자형의 몸체(11), 어셈블리(2)에 결합하기 위한 다수의 록킹부(14), 일측이 개방되어 섭와이어(1)를 수용하는 와이어 수용부(12) 및 와이어수용부(12)의 종단에 랫칭결합하도록 형성된 고정캡(13)으로 구성된 섭와이어 보호용 캡(10)을 제공한다.
이에따라, 단순한 푸시방식으로 섭와이어 보호용 캡(10)을 다기능스위치 어셈블리(2)에 고정할 수 있으므로, 작업이 단순해져 생산성 향상에 기여하게 된다.

제4도는 본 발명의 보호용 캡을 다기능스위치어셈블리에 고정한 상태의 부분 단면도이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 몸체, 몸체에서 연장되며 일측이 개방된 ㄷ자형의 와이어수용부, 및 몸체에서 와이어수용부와 반대측으로 연장된 록킹부를 포함하는 섭와이어 보호용 캡.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 와이어 수용부의 자유단의 일측에 랫칭홈이 형성되고, 상기 수용부의 랫칭홈이 형성된 측의 타측에는 상기 랫칭홈에 랫칭결합될 랫칭돌기가 형성된 섭와이어 고정캡이 회전이 자유롭게 부설된 것을 특징으로 하는 섭와이어 보호용 캡.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 록킹부가 중앙이 절개된 한 쌍의 탄성돌기로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 섭와이어 보호용 캡.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 몸체의 체결부측에 납땜보호용 턱이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 섭와이어 보호용 캡.
