Abstract

본 발명은 차량측면 충돌시의 충격으로부터 탑승자를 보호할 목적으로 도어 내부에 설치되는 도어임팩트빔을 고정시켜주는 구조에 관한 것으로서, 도어임팩트빔의 빔브라켓에 별도의 보조빔브라켓을 설치하고, 이것이 도어임팩트빔을 안쪽에서 받쳐줄 수 있게 하여, 도어임팩트빔의 전체적인 지지강성이 강화될 수 있게 함으로써, 도어임팩트빔을 포함하는 도어의 실내 밀림량을 최대한 억제시킬 수 있게 한 자동차의 도어임팩트빔 고정구조를 제공하고자 한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 도어내측패널(30)상의 빔브라켓(20)에 양단 융착되어 고정되는 도어임팩트빔(10)의 고정구조에 있어서, 상기 빔브라켓(20)의 안쪽에서 별도의 보조빔브라켓(20') 이 조합되는 구조로 이루어지되, 상기 보조빔브라켓(20')의 일단은 빔브라켓(20)의 빔받침면에 함께 중첩 고정되고, 다른 일단은 빔브라켓(20)과 완충공간부(60)를 형성하면서 도어내측패널(30)면에 융착 고정되도록 조합되는 구조로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 도어임팩트빔 고정구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보조빔브라겟(20')의 꺽임부위에는 바깥쪽을 향하는 그루브(50)가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 도어임팩트빔 고정구조.
