Abstract

본 발명은 차량용 공기 조화 장치(Air Conditioner)에 관한 것으로서, 공조 케이스 내에 증발기(Evaporator) ; 엔진 냉각수가 순환하는 히터 코아(Heater Core) ; 상기 증발기로부터의 냉기 유출량을 조정하는 공기 혼합용 댐퍼(Damper) ; 및 상기 증발기 출구의 온도를 감지하는 온도 센서 ; 가 마련되고, 사용자에 의한 온도 조정용 레버의 위치에 따라 상기 댐퍼의 위치 각도를 제어하는 온도 제어부와, 상기 온도 센서의 신호에 따라 압축기의 구동을 제어하는 압축기 제어부를 구비한 차량용 공기 조화 장치에 있어서, 상기 압축기 제어부는 상기 온도 센서의 신호에 대한 스위칭 레벨이 단계적으로 조정된 다단 병렬 회로로 되고, 상기 각 회로의 출력단은 상기 온도 조정용 레버의 해당 접점 단자에 연결되며, 상기 온도 조정용 레버의 공통 단자는 압축기 구동용 릴레이에 연결된 것을 그 특징으로 하여, 온도 조정용 레버의 위치에 따라 압축기의 동작 온도 범위를 조정함으로써, 압축기를 효율적으로 동작시킬 수 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 공조 케이스 내에 증발기(Evaporator) ; 엔진 냉각수가 순환하는 히터 코아(Heater Core) ; 상기 증발기로부터의 냉기 유출량을 조정하는 공기 혼합용 댐퍼(Damper) ; 및 상기 증발기 출구의 온도를 감지하는 온도센서 ; 가 마련되고, 사용자에 의한 온도 조정용 레버의 위치에 따라 상기 댐퍼의 위치 각도를 제어하는 온도 제어부와, 상기 온도 센서의 신호에 따라 압축기의 구동을 제어하는 압축기 제어부를 구비한 차량용 공기 조화 장치에 있어서, 상기 압축기 제어부는 상기 온도 센서의 신호에 대한 스위칭 레벨이 단계적으로 조정된 다단 병렬 회로로 되고, 상기 각 회로의 출력단은 상기 온도 조정용 레버의 해당 접점 단자에 연결되며, 상기 온도 조정용 레버의 공통 단자는 압축기 구동용 릴레이에 연결된 것을 그 특징으로 하는 차량용 공기 조화 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 온도 센서는, 서미스터(Thermistor)인 것을 그 특징으로 하는 차량용 공기 조화 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다단 병렬 회로는, 압축기의 동작 온도 범위를 결정하는 연산 증폭기와 스위칭 트랜지스터로 된 것을 그 특징으로 하는 차량용 공기 조화 장치.
  4. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 서미스터는, 상기 각 연산 증폭기의 한 입력단에 공통 연결되는 것을 그 특징으로 하는 차량용 공기 조화 장치.
