Abstract

본 발명은 차량의 서스펜션 성능시험시, 핀을 중심으로 회동하는 그리퍼를 이용하여 쇽업소버를 시험장비에 간단히 장착할 수 있는 구조의 자동차용 쇽업소버 장착구조에 관한 것으로, 시험장비에 체결되는 장착부를 지닌 고정브라켓과, 상부단은 핀에 의해 상기 고정 브라켓에 회동 가능하게 장착되며 하부단은 쇽업소버 고정 브라켓이 삽입되는 그리퍼와, 그리퍼에 형성된 나사부에 체결되어 그리퍼의 하부단의 간격을 변화시키는 조정 보울트로 구성된다.

Claims (2)

  1. 시험장비에 체결되는 장착부(16)를 지닌 고정 브라켓(18)과, 상부단은 핀(20)(21)에 의해 상기 고정 브라켓(18)에 회동 가능하게 장착되며 하부단(24)(25)은 쇽업소버 고정브라켓(18)이 삽입되는 제1및 제2 그리퍼(22)(23)와 상기 그리퍼(22)(23)에 형성된 나사부(26)(27)에 체결되어 그리퍼(22)(23)의 하부단(24)(25)의 간격을 변화시키는 조정 보울트(27)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 쇽업소버 장착구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1그리퍼(22)는 오른나사(26)를 지니며, 상기 제2그리퍼(23)는 왼나사(17)를 지닌 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 쇽업소버 장착구조.
