Abstract

소형화에 유리하도록 그 구조가 개량된 열전사 프린터에 대해 개시한다. 이 프린터에 채용된 정착수단은 기록지(70)를 이송시키는 핀치롤러(80)의 내부에 소정의 전원으로부터 발열되는 발열체(81)가 내장된 구조를 가진다. 이를 출력되는 화상의 질을 향상시킬 수 있을뿐만 아니라 프린터의 소형화에 유리하다.

제4도는 제2도에 도시된 캡스턴롤러의 단면도.
제5도는 잉크 시트를 나타낸 개략도이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 플래튼 드럼과, 상기 플래튼 드럼의 일측에 위치되며 복수의 칼라잉크가 면순차적으로 도포된 잉크시트와, 상기 잉크시트를 열가압하는 기록헤드와, 상기 플래튼 드럼의 일측에 설치되며 소정의 구동원으로부터 회전구동되는 캡스턴롤러와 상기 캡스턴롤러와 압착되어 함께 회전되며 기록지를 상기 플래튼 드럼과 잉크시트 사이로 이송시키는 핀치롤러와, 상기 기록지에 인쇄된 화상을 장착시키는 정착수단을 포함하여 된 열전사 프린터에 있어서, 상기 정착수단은 상기 핀치롤러의 내부에 발열하는 발열체가 내장되어 된 것을 특징으로 하는 열전사 프린터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 핀치롤러는 상기 발열체가 내장되는 중공의 금속부재와, 상기 금속부재의 외주면에 감싸지는 탄성고무부재로 형성되어 된 것을 특징으로 하는 열전사 프린터.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 금속부재는 알루미늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 열전사 프린터.
  4. 제1항에 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 발열체는 전원으로부터 인가되어 발열되는 전구인 것을 특징으로 하는 열전사 프린터.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 캡스턴 롤러의 외주면에 복수의 돌기가 형성되어 된 것을 특징으로 하는 열전사 프린터.
