Abstract

본 발명은 과수용 봉지의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세히는 각종의 과실(예; 참외, 수박, 포도 등)이 생장시 병충해 방지 및 색상 및 품질향상등을 위하여 과실의 외면부에 커버링하는 과수용 봉지를 부직포로 제조함에 있어서 공정의 단순화 및 제조장치의 자동화로 제품의 양산성을 향상함과 동시에 봉지를 과실에 커버링시 작업이 보다 용이하게 수행될수 있도록 한 것이다.
즉 복수개의 롤(roll)에 와인딩된 부직포로 이루어진 봉지피스(2,3)를 상하로 적층상태에서 커팅접착장치(6)로 로딩하고, 상기 커팅접착장치(6)로 로딩된 상하의 봉지피스(2,3)를 상형(7)이 하강하면서 하형(8)상의 대응 커터(9)와 고주파히터(10)에 의해 설정된 형상 및 규격으로 커팅과 동시에 과수용 봉지(1) 단부가 고주파 점착되도록 한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 부직포를 소재로 하여 과수용 봉지(1)를 제조하는 방법에 있어서; 상하 봉지피스(2, 3)를 롤상태에서 커팅접착장치(6)로 로딩하고, 상기 커팅접착장치(6)로 로딩된 상하의 봉지피스(2,3)를 상형(7)이 하강하면서 하형(8)의 대응 커터(9)와 히팅수단에 의해 설정된 형상 및 규격으로 커팅과 동시에 봉지(1) 단부가 접착되는 것을 특징으로 하 는 과수용 봉지의 제조방법.
