Abstract
본 발명은 화물트림(luggage trim)의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 재생 폴리프로필렌 수지를 이용하여 박판시이트를 제조시 발포성형을 동시에 행하여 차체면과 동일한 형상으로 압축 성형한 화물트림의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (2)
- 재생 폴리프로필렌 수지를 2축압출기를 이용하여 칼렌더 가공하여 시이트로 제조하는 동시에 발포제를 첨가하여 발포성형하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화물트림의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 발포제는 N계 발포제를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화물트림의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
