본 발명은 자동차의 카페트 스크랩이나 불량품에 대전방지제를 첨가하고 분쇄, 압출하여 자동차의 화물칸 장식재용 보드를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 카페트 스크랩 및/또는 카페트 불량품과 부직포 라텍스 보드를 8 내지 10㎜ 크기로 분쇄한 후 25~255℃의 온도에서 압출하여 1차 압출물을 제조하고, 이 1차 압출물을 5~8㎜ 크기로 다시 분쇄한 후 180~220℃의 온도에서 압출, 성형하는 자동차 카페트 스크랩을 이용한 화물칸 장식재용 보드의 제조방법에 있어서, 1차 압출물에 대전방지제를 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 자동차 카페트 스크랩을 이용한 화물칸 장식재용 보드의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 대전방지제는 이온제, 비이온계, 양면활성제 중에서 선택된 하나이상임을 특징으로 하는 자동차 카페트 스크랩을 이용한 화물칸 장식재용 보드의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 대전방지제의 첨가량은 1차 압출물 대비 1 내지 20중량%임을 특징으로 하는 자동차 카페트 스크랩을 이용한 화물칸 장식재용 보드의 제조방법.
