Abstract

피스톤이 실린더내에 삽입시 상호 면이 일치된 상태에서 결합이 이루어지도록 하는데에 있고, 또한 결합되는 피스톤과 실린더의 내부벽 사이에 이물질이 삽입되는 것을 예방함으로써, 가스등이 발생하는 것을 방지하는데에 있는 것으로서, 그 구조는 피스톤을 실린더내에 결합하기 위하여 사용되는 피스톤 장착용 공구가 구성되는데, 상기 피스톤의 외주에 밀착되게 결합을 이루는 밴드가 구성되고, 동시에 이 밴드의 일측단과 타측단에 각각 키이와, 상기 키이를 결합하는 록 바디가 형성된 피스톤 장착용 공구를 제공하는데에 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 피스톤(2)을 실린더내에 결합하기 위하여 사용되는 피스톤 장착용 공구에 있어서, 피스톤(2)의 외주에 밀착되게 결합을 이루는 밴드(6)가 구성되고, 동시에 이 밴드(6)의 일측단과 타측단에 각각 키이(8)와, 상기 키이(8)를 결합하는 록 바디(12)가 형성된 피스톤 장착용 공구.
  2. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 키이(8)에 잠김역할을 하는 슬릿공(10)이 소정의 간격을 두면서 형성되고, 또한 상기 록 바디(12)에 돌기(20)를 형성하고 있는 핸들(18)이 결합을 이루되, 상기 키이(18)를 이송할 수 있도록 회전되게 설치되는 피스톤 장착용 공구.
