Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 엔진룸내의 호스 및 화이어등을 고정하는 고정클립에 관한 것으로, 특히 한쪽의 반구형 고정클립부(110)에 대하여 다른족의 반구형 끼워맞춤클립부(120)가 힌지부(130)를 중심으로 유동가능하도록 형성되어, 호스 또는 와이어(600)의 굵기에 따라 결합할 수 있도록 된 링형상의 제1고정부(100)와, 한쪽의 반구형 고정클립부(210)에 대하여 다른쪽의 반구형 끼워맞춤클립부(220)가 힌지부(240)를 중심으로 유동가능하도록 형성되면서 상기 링형상의 제1고정부(100)보다 작은 직경을 가지는 제2고정부(200)와, 상기 제1고정부(100)와 제2고정부(200)가 서로 연결됨과 동시에, 서로 고정된 상태에서 180°회전할수 있도록 결합되는 결합수단(500)으로 구성하여, 상기 제1고정부(100)와 제2고정부(200)가 호스 또는 와이어(600)의 굵기에 따라 고정될 수 있게 하고, 이를 180°회전 가능하게 결합하여 엔진등의 차체 진동에 의하여 타부품과 간섭되는 것을 방지한 호스 또는 와이어 고정클립이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 한쪽의 반구형 고정클립부에 대하여 다른쪽의 반구형 끼워맞춤클립부가 힌지부를 중심으로 유동가능하도록 형성되어, 와이어 또는 호스의 굵기에 따라 결합할 수 있도록 된 링형상의 제1고정부와 ; 한쪽의 반구형 고정클립부에 대하여 다른쪽의 반구형 끼워맞춤클립부가 힌지부를 중심으로 유동가능하도록 형성되면서 상기 링형상의 제1고정부보다 작은 직경을 가지는 제2고정부와 ; 상기 제1고정부와 제2고정부가 서로 연결됨과 동시에, 서로 고정된 상태에서 180°회전할수 있도록 결합하는 결합수단으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 호스 또는 와이어 고정클립.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1고정부의 고정클립부와 끼워맞춤클립부는, 암, 수래치이에 의하여 결합됨을 특징으로 하는 호스 또는 와이어 고정클립.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2고정부의 고정클립부와 끼워맞춤클립부는, 체결홈과 래치이가 각각 형성되어 상기 끼워맞춤클립부의 래치이가 상기 고정클립부의 체결홈에 걸림 고정됨을 특징으로 하는 호스 또는 와이어 고정클립.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결합수단은 제1,2결합부를 마련하되 상,하부가 각각 뚫린 상태에서 힌지가 형성된 내측격판과 삽입홈이 형성된 외측격판을 각각 구비하여 상기 제1결합부의 힌지에는 상기 제2결합부의 삽입홈이 삽입되고 결합홈에는 힌지가 각각 결합됨을 특징으로 하는 호스 또는 와이어 고정클립.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1고정부의 힌지부 주위에 탄력있는 보조유지대가 상기 힌지부에 대향하는 쪽으로 일정길이로 돌출되게 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 호스 또는 와이어 고정클립.
  6. 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제2고정부의 고정클립부와 끼워맞춤클립부 내경에는 일정한 길이와 두께를 가지는 유지판이 대항하게 일체로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 호스 또는 와이어 고정클립.
