Abstract

예취메인프레임(12)의 하중을 받침 지지하는 부재가 휨을 억제하여, 예취메인프레임(12)의 횡슬라이드를 원활히 행하도록 하기 위해서, 콤바인기계본체에 왕복구동부재(10)와, 상기 왕복구동부재(10)에 의해서 횡축심(X) 주위로 요동가능하고 또한 횡축심(X)방향으로 슬라이드가능한 예취메인프레임(12)을 갖춘 콤바인에 있어서, 상기 예취메인프레임(12)의 하중을 받침 지지하는 부재가 휨을 억제하고, 이 예취메인프레임(12)의 횡슬라이드를 원활히 행하도록 하기 위해서, 상기 왕복구동부재(10)의 움직임을 상기 예취메인프레임(12)에 전달하는 요동프레임(21)이 구비되고, 또한 상기 요동프레임(21)이 상기 예취메인프레임(12)의 슬라이드스트로크에 걸쳐 연장되고 있는 횡가이드부(23)와 이 횡가이드부(23)의 적어도 양단영역을 지지하는 서포트부(22)를 갖추고 있고, 상기 예취메인프레임(12)이 횡가이드부(23)위를 슬라이드가능하게 횡가이드부(23)에 의해서 수용지지되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (6)

  1. 콤바인기계본체에 부착된 왕복구동부재(10)와, 상기 왕복구동부재(10)에 의해서 횡축심(X) 주위로 요동가능함과 동시에 횡축심(x) 방향으로 슬라이드 가능한 예취메인프레임(12)을 갖춘 콤바인에 있어서, 상기 왕복구동부재(10)의 움직임을 상기 예취메인프레임(12)에 전달하는 요동프레임(21)이 구비되고, 또한 상기 요동프레임(21)이 상기 예취메인프레임(12)의 슬라이드 스트로크에 걸쳐 뻗어 있는 횡가이드부(23)와 이 횡가이드부(23)의 적어도 양단영역을 지지하는 서포트부(22)를 갖추고 있고, 상기 예취메인프레임(12)이 횡가이드부(23)위를 슬라이드 가능하게 횡가이드부(23)에 의해서 수용지지되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 콤바인.
  2. 청구항1에 있어서, 콤바인의 예취부 슬라이드구조에는 상기 횡가이드부(23)가 아치형상으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 콤바인.
  3. 청구항1에 있어서, 상기 횡가이드부(23)가 플레이트체(123)로서 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 콤바인.
  4. 청구항1에 있어서, 콤바인의 예취부슬라이드구조에는 상기 예취메인프레임(12)을 횡방향으로 슬라이드하는 슬라이드 구동기구(24)가 상기 횡가이드부(23)의 좌우 프레임부분(23b, 23b)에 걸쳐 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 콤바인.
  5. 청구항1에 있어서, 콤바인의 예취부 슬라이드구조에는 상기 예취메인프레임(12)이 상기 슬라이드 구동기구(24)부터 윗쪽으로 달아날 수 있도록, 상기 예취메인프레임(12)과 상기 슬라이드 구동기구(24)가 걸어맞춤 지지부재(30)를 통해 걸어맞춤 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 콤바인.
  6. 청구항1에 있어서, 콤바인의 예취부 슬라이드구조에는 상기 예취메인프레임(12)과 탑승운전부(4)와의 사이에 상기 예취메인프레임(12)을 수동으로 슬라이드 조작가능한 조작레버(44; 54)가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 콤바인.
