Abstract

본 발명은 대전류 차단시, 한류성능이 양호하여 신속한 차단이 이루어지고, 이러한 신속한 차단에 의해 아크(Arc)열로부터 접촉자를 보호할 수 있는 한류성능이 양호한 회로차단기의 접촉자에 관한 것으로, 일단에 고정 접점을 갖는 고정접촉자의 단부 및 일단에 가동접점을 갖는 가동접촉자의 단부 양측에 공기 보다 자로저항이 작은 자기 유도체가 각각 착설되며, 이 자기 유도체는 다층의 U-형 코어로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
따라서, 본 발명은 대전류 차단시 한류성능이 양호하여 신속한 차단이 이루어지고, 이러한 신속한 차단에 의해 아크 열로부터 접촉자를 보호할 수 있는 한류성능이 양호한 회로차단기의 접촉자를 제공하게 될 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 일단에 고정접점(60)을 갖는 고정접촉자(50)와 일단에 가동접점(30)을 갖는 가동접촉자(20)로 이루어지는 회로차단기에 있어서, 상기 고정접촉자(50)의 단부 및 가동접촉자(20)의 단부 양측에 공기 보다 자로저항이 작은 자기 유도체가 각각 착설되는 것을 특징으로 하는 한류성능이 양호한 회로차단기의 접촉자.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자기 유도체는 U-형 코어(40, 70)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 한류성능이 양호한 회로차단기의 접촉자.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 U-형 코어는 다층으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 한류성능이 양호한 회로차단기의 접촉자
