Abstract

[목적]
콘크리트 블럭 축조방법에 의한 옹벽 시공에 있어, 구조적 안정을 도모하기 위한 횡철근 배근 방법으로 블럭 적층 옹벽 시공의 높이 한계를
2°M 미만에서 10°M까지 시공할 수 있는 방법의 제공에 그 목적이 있다.
[구성]
블럭 "A"(1)에 종방향 콘크리트 충진공간(6)과 횡방향 콘크리트 충진공간(6')면에 횡철근 고정 요홈(7)을 구성하여, 횡철근(9)과 종철근(10)을 결속한 후, 콘크리트 충진하여 일체로 양생되므로, 기존 종철근(10)만 배근하였던 방법에 비하여 3배 이상 견고한 구조로 구성된 콘크리트 옹벽.

제5도는 또 다른 부재에 횡철근 요홈을 실시한 사시도.
제6도는 또 다른 부재에 횡철근 요홈을 실시한 사시도.

Claims (3)

  1. 콘크리트 블러게 의한 옹벽의 시공에 있어서, 블럭 "A"(1)에 횡방향 콘크리트 충진공간(6')과 횡철근 고정 효홈(7)에 횡철근(9)을 배근하여, 종철근(10)과 결속시키고, 콘크리트를 진동 충진하여, 블럭 "A"(1)이 상. 하. 좌. 우로 일체로 양생되어 거푸집을 사용하지 않는 부벽식 옹벽 시공방법 및 그 부재.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 횡방향 콘크리트 충진공간(6')과 횡철근 고정 요홈(7)이 천설된 것을 특징으로 하는 블럭 "A"(1)부재.
  3. 콘크리트 블럭을 이용한 옹벽 시공에 있어서, 2개의 횡철근 고정 요홈(7)에 철근 배근을 한줄 또는 두줄(복근) 배근하여, 옹벽의 높이에 따라 선택 시공할 수 있도록 된 옹벽 시공방법.
