Abstract

본 발명은 폴리옥시에틸렌 옥사이드계 비이온성 분산제 수용액에 아릴 술폰산 포름알데하이드 축합물과 염기성 바이올렛 염료를 반응시켜서 새로운 염기를 갖는 수성 액체 착색 조성물을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (9)

  1. (1) 폴리옥시에틸렌 에테르의 에틸렌 옥사이드 부가 몰수가 20이하인 비이온성 분산제 1중량% 내지 10중량%, 색지수(color index)가 염기성 블루(blue) 내지 염기성 바이올렛(violet)인 염료 10중량%이하, 및 평형수를 함유하는 1차 착색물, 및 (2) 아릴 술폰산염 포름알데히드 축합물 25중량% 이하를 함유하는 2차 착색물인 수성 액체 착색제 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 조성물이 형광 중백제를 더 함유하는 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 염기성 염료가 바이올렛 1 또는 3인 조성물.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리옥시에틸렌 에테르의 양이 1 내지 10중량%인 조성물.
  5. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 염기성 염료의 양이 5 내지 10중량%인 조성물.
  6. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 아릴 술폰산염 포름알데히드 축합물의 양이 15 내지 25중량%인 조성물.
  7. 종이 또는 펄프를 착색하는데 사용되는 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 수성 액체 착색제 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 따른 1차 수성 착색물과 형광 중백제를 혼합하여 종이 또는 펄프를 염색하는데 사용하는 방법.
  9. (1) 폴리옥시에틸렌 에테러의 에틸렌 옥사이드 부가 몰수가 20이하의 비이온성 분산제 1중량% 내지 10중량% 이하와 평형수의 수용액에 색지수가 염기성 블루 내지 염기성 바이올렛인 염료 10중량%이하를 40 내지 60℃에서 분산용해 제조한 1차 착색물과, (2) 여기에서 아릴 술폰산염 포름알데히드 축합물을 25중량% 이하의 양으로 20 내지 50℃에서 반응시켜 2차 수성 착색제인 제1항에 따른 수성 액체 착색제 조성물을 제조 하는 방법.
