Abstract

본 발명은 가류전에는 두 고무조성물간의 적절한 점착을 유지시키고 가류 후에는 두 고무조성물 사이에 가교결합을 형성하므로써 두 고무조성물의 표면이 분리되는 것을 방지하는 하기 일반식(I)로 표시되는 점착제인 페놀포름알데히드 수지를 함유한 타이어 고무조성물에 관한 것이다.
상기 식에서, X 및 Y는 모두 수소 또는 메틸기를 나타내며, R은 탄소수 1~5인 알킬기를 나타내며, m은 1~4인 정수를 나타낸다.
본 발명의 타이어 조성물은 상기 일반식(I)의 페놀포름알데히드 수지를 고무성분 100PHR에 대하여 0.1~10.0PHR 함유하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (1)

  1. 하기 일반식(I)로 표시되는 점착제인 페놀포름알데히드 수지를 고무성분 100PHR 에 대하여 0.1~10.0PHR 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어 고무조성물.
    상기 식에서, X 및 Y는 모두 수소 또는 메틸기를 나타내며, R은 탄소수 1~5인 알킬기를 나타내며, m은 1~4인 정수를 나타낸다.
