본 발명은 펩타이드 또는 단백질을 포함하는 복합 생물학적 매트리스, 특히 발효 브로쓰를 한외여과를 통해 예비정제하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 규정된 막의 분리 한계가 막에 의해 보유되는 펩타이드 또는 단백질 분자량의 2 내지 5배인 막 상에서 한외여과를 통해 펩타이드 또는 단백질을 포함하는 세포-비함유 배양 브로쓰를 예비정제하는 방법
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 막의 규정된 분리 한계가 막에 의해 보유되는 팝타이드 또는 단백질의 분자량의 3 내지 4배인 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 펩타이드가 히루딘인 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 막의 분리 한계가 20 내지 30kD인 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 여과의 전체 과정에 걸쳐 특정 투과액 유동 속도가 10 내지 35 1/㎡/h인 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 옥수수 침지액이 사용되는 경우, 배양 브로쓰의 온도가 5 내지 15℃인 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 투과액 중의 생성물 농도가 일정값을 취할때까지 투과액을 재순환시키는 방법.
