Abstract

본 발명은 접속 단자가 서로 뒤얽히는 것을 제거함으로써 접속 단자의 취급을 용이하게 하고, 접속 단자와 전극 사이에서 안정하고 확실한 접촉 및 전도를 달성하는 고압용 가변 저항기에 관한 것이다. 접속 단자(7)는 곡선의 형태 구부러진 스프링부(spring portion)(7b)를 갖고, 스프링부(7b) 보다 넓은 전극 접촉부(7d)는 스프링부(7b)의 끝에 제공된다. 접속 단자(7)는 전극 접촉부(7d)가 기판에 형성된 전극과 접촉하여 압착된 케이스(case)에 있는 접속 단자 수납부 내에서 수납 고정된다.

제1도는 본 발명의 제1양태에 따른 고압용 가변 저항기의 접속 단자를 나타내는 사시도이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 한 면이 개구의 형태로 되고 접속 단자 수납부가 형성된 케이스, 필름 저항기 및 전극이 형성되고 상기 케이스에 함유된 기판, 실장된 슬라이더를 갖고 상기 케이스에 의해 생긴 회전축, 및 상기 전극 또는 상기 필름 저항기를 접속하기 위해 상기 케이스에 함유된 접속 단자 및 입출력용 리드를 갖고, 상기 접속 단자에 제공된 곡선의 형태로 구부러진 스프링부, 및 스프링부의 끝에 제공되고 상기 전극 또는 상기 필름 저항기를 접촉하기 위해 상기 스프링부의 폭보다 넓게 형성된 전극 접촉부를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 고압용 가변 저항기.
  2. 한 면이 개구의 형태로 되고 접속 단자 수납부가 형성된 케이스, 필름 저항기 및 전극이 형성되고 상기 케이스에 함유된 기판, 실장된 슬라이더를 갖고 상기 케이스에 의해 생긴 회전축, 및 상기 전극 또는 상기 필름 저항기를 접속하기 위해 상기 케이스에 함유된 접속 단자 및 입출력용 리드를 갖고, 상기 접속 단자는 상기 리드에 사이에 끼우기 위한 복수 개의 접속 조각으로 형성된 천공된 리드 접속부; 상기 리드 접속부로부터 연장되고 곡선의 형태로 구부러진 스프링부; 및 상기 스프링부의 끝에 제공되고 상기 전극 또는 상기 필름 저항기를 접촉하기 위해 복수 개의 접속 단자가 일괄적으로 수납되거나 축전되는 경우, 접속 단자 중의 어느 것도 다른 리드 접속부의 천공부에 들어가지 않게 하는 크기와 형태로 형성된 전극 접촉부를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 고압용 가변 저항기.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전극 접촉부에 슬릿이 제공되어 상기 전극 접촉부를 분할함을 특징으로 하는 고압용 가변 저항기.
