Abstract

본 발명은 디스크 기록/재생장치에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 디스크 기록/재생장치는 다층의 상부에 디스크 안착부를 가지는 트레이를 상하로 한 쌍 구비하여, 어느하나의 트레이상의 디스크가 기록 또는 재생되는 도중에 다른 하나의 트레이에 의해 매거진 내의 디스크를 교환할 수 있다.

Claims (6)

  1. 전면에 적어도 하나의 디스크 출입구를 가지는 하우징과, 다층의 디스크 수납부를 가지며 상기 하우징의내부 후방에 승강 가능하게 설치되는 매거진과, 상기 매거진을 승강시키기 위한 매거진 승강수단과, 상기 디스크 출입구와 매거진 사이에 상하로 배치되며 상대접근 가능하게 설치되는 서브트레이 및 데크와, 상기 서브트레이와 데크를 상대접근시키기 위한 구동수단과, 상부에 디스크 안착부를 가지며 상기 서브트레이에 상기 하우징의 전후방향으로 수평이동가능하게 설치되는 제1트레이와, 상기 제1트레이를 상기 하우징의 전후방향으로 수평 이송시키기 위한 제1트레이 이송수단과, 상기 매거진 내의 디스크를 상기 제1트레이의 디스크 안착부에 안착시키거나 제1트레이의 디스크 안착부에 안착된디스크를 매거진내로 수납시키기 위하여 디스크를 이송하는 제1이송수단과, 상부에 디스크 안착부를 가지며 상기 서브트레이의 상기 데크와 제1트레이 사이에 지지되는 제2트레이와, 상기 매거진 내의 디스크를 상기 제2트레이의 디스크 안착부에 안착시키거나 제2트레이의 디스크 안착부에 안착된 디스크를 매거진 내로 수납시키기 위하여 디스크를 이송하는 제2이송수단과, 상기 데크에 설치되며 상기 서브트레이와 데크의 상대 접근시에 상기 제2트레이의 디스크 안착면에 놓인 디스크를 들어 지지할 수 있도록 그 제2트레이의 디스크 안착면에 대해 돌출되는 턴테이블과, 상기 데크에 설치되며 상기턴테이블에 지지된 디스크의 정보를 읽어들이거나 기록하기 위한 광픽업을 구비하며, 상기 서브트레이와 데크가 상대접근되어 상기 제2트레이 상의 디스크에 정보가 기록 또는 재생되는 도중에, 상기 제1트레이는 상기 적어도 하나의 디스크 출입구 중 어느 하나와 동일 높이상에 위치하여 상기 제1트레이 이송수단에 의해 그 디스크 출입구로 출몰 가능하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 기록/재생장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1이송수단은 상기 매거진과 서브트레이 사이에 회전 가능하게 설치되는 한 쌍의롤러를 구비하며, 상기 제1트레이를 그 상부의 디스크 안착부에 안착된 디스크가 상기 롤러들로부터 소정거리 이격된 제1위치와 그 상부의 디스크 안착부에 안착된 디스크가 상기 롤러들 사이로 끼워지는 제2위치 사이에서 수평이동시키기 위한제1트레이 위치변경수단을 더 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 기록/재생장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1트레이 위치변경수단은 상기 제1트레이에 형성된 록킹리브와, 상기 서브트레이에정역회전 가능하게 설치되며 그 일측 선단면에 결합돌기가 형성된 제1회전체와, 상기 제1회전체를 회전시키는 구동원을구비하며; 상기 록킹리브는 상기 제1트레이의 전방으로부터 서로 나란하게 소정간격 이격되게 배치된 제1벽과 제4벽을 구비하며; 상기 제1벽과 제4벽간의 거리는 상기 결합돌기의 회전 직경보다 작게 형성되고; 상기 결합돌기는 상기 제1벽과제4벽 사이에 위치하며, 상기 제1트레이는 상기 제4벽이 상기 결합돌기에 의해 후방으로 압압될 때 상기 제1위치로부터제2위치로 이동되고, 상기 제1벽이 상기 결합돌기에 의해 전방으로 압압될 때 상기 제2위치로부터 제1위치로 이동되도록구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 기록/재생장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1트레이를 상기 제1위치 및 제2위치에서 위치고정시키기 위한 제1트레이 록킹수단을 더 구비하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 기록/재생장치.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제1트레이를 상기 제1위치 및 제2위치에서 위치고정시키기 위한 제1트레이 록킹수단을 더 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 기록/재생장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제1트레이 록킹수단은 상기 제1트레이의 제1벽과 제4벽 사이에 나란하게 형성된 제2벽 및 제3벽을 구비하며, 상기 제1트레이가 상기 제1위치에 위치할 때 상기 결합돌기는 상기 제1벽과 제2벽 사이에 끼워져 제1트레이의 이동을 제한하고, 상기 제1트레이가 상기 제2위치에 위치할 때 상기 결합돌기는 상기 제3벽과 제4벽 사이에 끼워져 제1트레이의 이동을 제한하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 기록/재생장치.
