Abstract

본 발명은 자동차 트렁크의 개폐내구성을 시험함에 있어 마치 실제 사용하는 것과 같이 보다 현실적으로 내구시험을 수행할 수 있게 하는 자동차 트렁크 개폐내구 시험기에 관한 것으로, 트렁크 개폐작동시 트렁크의 토션바 및 트렁크 자체의 판넬에 편암이나 뒤틀림 등의 현상없이 내구시험할 수 있도록 하여 개폐내구시험의 정확한 데이타를 얻을 수 있도록 한 것으로서 본 발명은 자동차의 트렁크 키박스를 여는 키가 있는 키홀더를 진퇴작동시키는 키머신 구성과; 상기 키머신의 하부측에 전후진용 실린더를 장착하는 구성과; 상기 전후진용 실린더의 피스톤선단측에 상하로 작동하여 트렁크를 완전개방시키는 피스톤을 갖는 개방용 실린더를 착설하는 구성과; 및 상기 개방용 실린더에 의해 완전개방된 트렁크를 로드셀장치의 바쿰컵이 트렁크의 닫침 각도와 같은 경사각도로 하강작동하여 트렁크를 닫아 주도록 하는 구성을 구비하여서 된 것이다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명을 설명하기 위한 시험기의 설치상태도,
제2도 내지 제4도는 본 발명의 작동상태를 나타낸 도면으로서 제2도는 키머신으로 트렁크를 열었을 때의 작동상태이며,
제3도는 키머신에 착설된 개방용 실린더로 트렁크를 완전개방한 상태이고,
제4도는 바쿰컵으로 트렁크를 닫는 작동상태이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 자동차의 트렁크 키박스를 여는 키가 있는 키홀더를 진퇴작동시키는 공지의 키머신 구성과; 상기 키머신의 하부측에 전후진용 실린더를 장착하는 구성과; 상기 전후진용 실린더의 피스톤선단측에 상하로 작동하여 트렁크를 완전개방시키는 피스톤을 갖는 개방용 실린더를 착설하는 구성과; 및 상기 개방용 실린더에 의해 완전개방된 트렁크를 로드셀 장치의 바쿰컵이 트렁크의 닫침 각도와 같은 경사각도로 하강작동하여 트렁크를 닫아 주도록 하는 구성을 구비하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차 트렁크 개폐내구 시험기.
