Abstract

본 발명은 자동차용 재품을 산질화 침탄공정처리하는 내식성, 내마모향상을 위한 표면처리 방법에 관한 것으로, 저온(570℃±15℃)에서 실시하므로 제품의 변형이 없고 제품의 변형이 없고 제품의 표면에 Fe3N의 화합물과 금속산화물(Fe304)의 형성으로 내식성, 내마모형상이 이루어진다.

Claims (1)

  1. 자동차용 제품을 표면처리하는 방법에 있어서, 제품을 성형한 후 450℃에서 30분동안 유량 3m2/hr의 N2가스를 공급하고, 570℃±15℃에서 2시간 동안 NH3-N2-02-공기를 공급하여 가스산질화침탄처리하며, 530℃에서 10 내지 15분동안 산화시키는 산질화침탄공정에 의한 내식성, 내마모 향상을 위한 표면처리방법.
