Abstract
본 발명은 베벨기어 치형을 유압 복동식 냉간 밀폐 단조에 의해 제조하여 베벨기어의 정밀가공을 도모할 수 있고, 품질저해 요소를 해소하며, 생산원가의 절감과 함께 제품의 생산성을 높일 수 있는 베벨기어 치형 제조장치 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 일정한 길이로 절단한 후 구멍을 천공하여 피가공물을 가압 성형하는 방법으로 이루어져 있으며 하금형에는 기어형상으로 하형인써트가 되어 있고 중간금형 즉 상형 인써트에는 기어후면과 같은 반대형상인 금형으로 되어 있으며 중심부에는 펀치가 실린더형상이 제품의 보스(42)와 같은 크기로 이루어져 있다. 피가공물(소재)를 위치 결정용 핀에 위치시키고 상형인써트 중심부 속으로 소재가 들어가고 이어서 상형다이홀다 상부에 내장된 피스톤이 공급유압에 따라 소요되는 압력으로 상형인써트 다이를 가압한 후 펀치를 제품치수에 맞게 내려주면 피가공물(소재)이 치형부분의 빈 공간을 채워지면서 정밀한 기어가 사출형식으로 만들어진다. 작업설명은 다음과 같다. 성형된 베벨기어를 취출하는 부시녹 아웃트가 배치된 구조를 가지며, 램이 상사점에 위치한 상태에서 상형 다이홀더의 내측에 배치된 상형인서트다이(중간금형)가 펀치에 대해 상대적으로 하방에 위치하도록, 상기 피스톤에 소정의 유압이 인가된 상태에서 하형인서트다이에 가공될 피가공품을 세트하는 단계와; 상기 램이 하강하여 상형인서트다이의 치형이 하형인서트다이의 치형과 맞물리고, 펀치가 피가공물을 압착고정시키는 단계와; 상기 압착 고정된 상태에서 계속되는 램의 하강에 따라 펀치가 피가공물을 가공하는 단계와; 상기 가공 완료된 베벨기어를 부시녹 아웃트로 취출하는 단계로 구성되어 베벨기어의 치형을 성형할 수 있다.According to the present invention, the bevel gear teeth are manufactured by hydraulic double acting cold closed forging, which enables precise processing of the bevel gear, eliminates quality deterioration factors, and reduces the production cost and increases the productivity of the product.
