Abstract

빼내기케이스에서 빼내는 비료를 에어탱크로부터의 반송바람에 합류시켜서 모내기부까지 기류반송하는 모심기기계에 있어서 비료막힘이 없는 원활한 합류를 가능하게 한다. 비료반송바람을 공급하는 에어탱크(42)와 비료를 송출하는 비료빼내기케이스(38)와 모내기부(15)에 비료를 반송호스(40)를 호스조인트(69)에 의해서 연결시키는 모심기기계에 있어서 비료빼내기케이스(38)의 출구(67)와 호스조인트(69)의 비료입구(70)의 합류부(134)에 대해서 비료빼내기케이스(38)의 밑부분(66)을 깔때기 형상으로 형성하고 비료를 나선류로 낙하시키도록 설치한다.

Claims (6)

  1. 비료반송바람을 공급하는 에어탱트와 비료를 송출하는 비료빼내기케이스와 모내기부에 비료를 송급하는 반송호스를 호스조인트에 의해서 연결시키는 모심기기계에 있어서, 차체 프레임 후단에 시비기를 설치함과 함께, 시비부에 있는 플로우트측 조작기구에 플렉시블형 반송호스를 개재하여 비료를 배출시키는 송풍기를 시비기에 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 모심기기계.
  2. 비료반송바람을 공급하는 에어탱크와 비료를 송출하는 비료빼내기케이스와 모내기부에 비료를 송급하는 반송호스를 호스조인트에 의해서 연결시키는 모심기기계에 있어서, 비료빼내기케이스의 출구와 호스조인트의 비료 입구와의 합류뷰에 대해서 비료빼내기케이스의 저부를 혼두형상으로 형성하고, 비료를 나선류로 낙하시키도록 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 모심기기계.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 빼내기로울로부터 빼내기케이스의 출구에 도달하는 빼내기케이스의 저부측 벽 전주에 일정 이상의 경사각을 보유하도록 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 모심기기계.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 합류부를 에어탱크에 최대근접시킨 위치에 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 모심기기계.
  5. 비료반송바람을 공급하는 에어탱크와 비료를 송출하는 비료빼내기케이스와 모내기부에 비료를 송급하는 반송호스를 호스조인트에 의해서 연결시키는 모심기기계에 있어서, 비료빼내기케이스의 출구와 호스조인트의 비료입구와의 합류뷰에, 비료막힘 방지용 청소부재를 설치함과 아울러, 빼내기로울의 로울구동축에 상기한 해제부재를 연결시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 모심기기계.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 선의 굵기가 가는 코일스프링으로 청소부재를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 모심기기계.
