Abstract

본 발명은 D/C모터에서 자로(磁路)를 유지함과 동시에 모터의 몸체를 형성하는 모터하우징에 있어서, 요크(YOKE)가 인서트몰딩(INSERT MOLDING)된 모터하우징에 관한 것으로서, 하우징(1)에 요크(2)와 자석(3)을 내장시켜서된 것에 있어서, 하우징(1)의 내측면에 권철심형으로된 요크(11) 및 자석(12)을 인서트몰딩시키되 요크(11)와 자석(12)의 상측면은 몰딩덧살부(13)에 의해 고정되어지도록된 것인바, 요크와 자석을 동시에 인서트몰딩시키므로 제조공정이 현저히 단축되어 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있고, 열충격에 무관한 제품을 제공하여 신뢰성 및 품질을 크게 향상시킬 수 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 하우징(1)에 요크(2)와 자석(3)을 내장시켜서된 것에 있어서, 하우징(1)의 내측면에 권철심형으로된 요크(11) 및 좌석(12)을 인서트몰딩시키되 요크(11)와 자석(12)의 상측면은 몰딩덧살부(13)에 의해 고정되어지도록된 것을 특징으로 하는 요크(YOKE)가 인서트몰딩된 모터하우징.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 요크(11)는 권철심형으로 되는 것을 특징으로하는 요크(YOKE)가 인서트몰딩된 모터하우징.
