Abstract

한 면에는 서로 거의 평행한 세로축을 갖는 실질적으로 다수의 삼각형 프리즘형 렌즈 유니트가 배열되어 있고 다른 한면은 러프한 프리즘 시트로서, 상기 러프한 표면이 매끈할때의 특성치를 100으로 하여, 상기 특성치는 광택도가 50 이상이고 내부반사력이 70 이하이며, 프리즘 피크를 포함하는 평면을 상기 러프한 표면으로 문질렀을 때의 마찰계수가 70 이하인 프리즘 시트를 제공한다. 본 발명의 프리즘 시트는 간섭무늬가 없고 실질적으로 흠집으로부터 안전하며 휘도가 고르고 높아서, 그리하여 액정장치 등에 유용하다.

Claims (4)

  1. 한 면에는 서로 거의 평행한 세로축을 갖는 실질적으로 다수의 삼각형 프리즘형 렌즈 유니트가 배열되어 있고 다른 한면은 러프한 프리즘 시트로서, 상기 러프한 표면이 매끈할때의 특성치를 100으로 하여 상기 특성치는 광택도가 50 이상이고 내부반사력이 70 이하이며 프리즘 피크를 포함하는 평면을 상기 러프한 표면으로 문질렀을 때의 마찰계수가 70 이하인 프리즘 시트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 삼각형 프리즘의 맞꼭지각이 70∼110°의 범위내이고 인접 프리즘 유니트 간의 거리가 10∼100μm의 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 프리즘 시트.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 피크의 높이와 러프한 표면의 바닥 간의 거리가 10-점 평균 러프니스 Rz로 0.4∼2.0μm이고 인접 피크 또는 바닥간의 평균거리 Sm은 30∼200μm인 것을 특징으로 하는 프리즘 시트.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 10점 평균 러프니스 Rz로 한 피크의 높이와 러프한 표면의 바닥간의 차이, 인접 피크 또는 바닥 간의 평균거리 Sm 및 프리즘 높이 h간의 관계식은 다음식 (1)의 나타낸 바와 같으며,
    h=K×Rz/Sm (1)
    비례상수 K는 1×103∼4×103의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 프리즘 시트.
