Abstract

본 발명의 목적은 플로우트식 액면계 전체를 밖으로 끄집어 내지 않고도 외부로 부터 플로우트의 이상 유무를 조사하는 수단을 제공하는데 있다. 이를 위해 외부로부터 끌어올림이 가능한 와이어(17)에 접속되고 지지다리(15) (16)에 의해 수직으로 위치 결정되는 기대(10)의 하면에, 액면에 추종하여 가이드 부재(19)를 따라 상하로 움직이는 플로우트(14)와 플로우트(14)의 위치를 검출하는 위치-전기신호 변환수단(11)과를 마련함과 함께 기대(10)가 와이어(14)로 끌어올려졌을 때에 회전운동하여 플로우트(14)를 상방으로 밀어올리는 검사기구(21)를 마련한다. 외부로부터 와이어(17)를 당기면 검사기구(21)가 회전운동하여 플로우트(14)를 밀어올리때, 플로우트가 액면에 추종 가능한 정상인 상태에서는 상방으로 이동하게 되므로 이 이동을 위치-전기신호 변환수단에 의한 신호의 절환으로서 플로우트의 고장 유무를 외부로부터 검지한다.

제4도는 와이어에 의해 플로우트식 액면계를 끌어올린 상태를 나타내는 도면이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 외부로부터 끌어올림이 가능한 와이어에 접속되고 지지다리에 의해 수직으로 위치결정 되어지는 기대의 하면에 액면이 추종하여 가이드 부재를 따라 상하로 운동하는 플로우트와, 상기 플로우트의 위치를 검출하는 위치-전기신호 변환수단과를 마련함과 함께, 상기 기대가 와이어에 의해 끌어올려 졌을때에 회전 운동하여 상기 플로우트를 가이드 부재를 따라 상방으로 밀어올리는 검사기구를 마련하여 됨을 특징으로 하는 플로우트식 액면계.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 검사기구는, 상기 기대에 회전축에 의해 붙여지며 상기 플로우트측에 상기 가이드 부재를 걸터않는 ㄷ자형 받침을 구비하고 또 상기 회전축에서 외측으로 무게중심이 위치함을 특징으로 하는 플로우트식 액면계.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기대의 상면에 외부로 부터의 케이블과 상기 위치-전기신호 변환수단의 리이드선과를 접속하는 접속실 형성부재가 마련되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 플로우트식 액면계.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 케이블에 상기 와이어를 안내하는 와이어 가이드가 마련되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 플로우트식 액면계.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가이드 부재가 하단을 봉하여 막은 파이프에 의해 구성되어 있어, 내부에 상기위치-전기신호 변환수단이 수용되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 플로우트식 액면계.
