Abstract

하나 이상의 압력단을 갖는 기어케이스(1)와; 적어도 윤활제 용기(9), 펌프(10), 윤활제 냉각기(13), 필터(15),및 노즐 또는 분배 부재(23)를 구성 부품으로서 구비하고, 이들 부품 사이에 윤활제용 도관(20-21-22-23-24-25-26-27)을 구비하는 윤활 장치(3)와; 적어도 압축 공기 냉각기(41)및 윤활제 냉각기(13)를 구성 부품으로서 구비하고 이들 부품 사이에 다수의 냉각 유체용 도관(44-46-47-48-49-54)을 구비하는 냉각 장치(4)를 포함하는 본 발명의 스크류형 압축기는 적어도 윤활 장치(3)와 냉각 장치(4)의 다수의 부품이 기어케이스(1)상에 직접 장착되거나 기어 케이스(1)에 일체로 형성되고, 상이한 부품(9-10-13-15-23-41)사이의 다수의 도관이 적어도 부분적으로 기어케이스(1)에 일체로 형성되어 기어케이스(1),윤활 장치 또는 냉각 장치(3,4)의 외측에 위치된 부품 또는 그 일부분(49-50-54)사이의 도관의 수가 제한되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

제3도는 윤활 장치와 냉각 장치의 구성 부품을 일점 쇄선으로 나타내어 도시한 제1도 및 제2도의 기어케이스의 실시예의 정면도,
제4도는 장착된 부품을 역시 일점 쇄선으로 나타내어 도시한 제3도의 기어케이스의 실시예의 측면도.

Claims (13)

  1. 하나 이상의 압력단을 갖는 기어케이스(1)와; 적어도 윤활제 저장 용기(9), 펌프(10), 윤활제 냉각기(13), 필터(15),및 노즐 또는 분배 부재(23)를 구성 부품으로서 구비하고, 이들 부품 사이에 윤활제용 도관(20-21-22-23-24-25-26-27)을 구비하는 윤활 장치(3)와; 적어도 압축 공기 냉각기(41)및 윤활제 냉각기(13)를 구성 부품으로서 구비하고 이들 부품 사이에 다수의 냉각 유체용 도관(44-46-47-48-49-54)을 구비하는 냉각 장치(4)를 포함하는 스크류형 압축기에 있어서, 적어도 윤활 장치(3)와 냉각 장치(4)의 다수의 부품이 기어케이스(1)상에 직접 장착되거나 기어 케이스(1)에 일체로 형성되고, 상이한 부품(9-10-13-15-23-41)사이의 다수의 도관이 적어도 부분적으로 기어케이스(1)에 일체로 형성되어, 상기 기어케이스(1),윤활 장치 또는 냉각 장치(3,4)의 외측에 위치된 부품 또는 그 일부분(49-50-54)사이의 도관의 수가 제한되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크류형 압축기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 고정부, 위치 설정부, 및 연결부와 같은 다수의 기능부는 상기 기어케이스(1), 윤활장치(3), 및 냉각 장치(4)로 구성되는 주요 부품에 일체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크류형 압축기.
  3. 선행항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기어케이스(1)와 상이한 부품 사이의 상호 연결부는 금속간 접촉 및 가요성 링(18-52-58-64)에 의해 밀봉되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크류형 압축기.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 냉각 장치(4)에서는 적어도 압축 공기 냉각기(41)와 윤활제 냉각기(13)가 기어케이스(1)상에 직접 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크류형 압축기.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 윤활제 냉각기(13)상에 연결된 냉각 유체용 공급 라인(44-46-47)과, 상기 압력단(2)에 상기 윤활제 냉각기(13)를 연결하는 냉각 유체용 도관(48-49)은 적어도 부분적으로 상기 기어케이스(1)에 일체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크류형 압축기.
  6. 제1항, 제2항, 및 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 냉각 유체용으로 사용되는 상기 저장 용기(9)는 상기 기어케이스(1)의 바닥부에 일체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크류형 압축기.
  7. 제1항, 제2항, 및 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 윤활제용 상기 펌프(10)는 상기 기어케이스(1)의 덮개(11)에 의해 밀봉되는 부분(12)에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크류형 압축기.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 윤활제용 도관(21)은 상기 펌프(10)와 상기 윤활제 냉각기(13)사이에서 상기 기어 케이스(1)에 일체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크류형 압축기.
  9. 제1항, 제2항, 제5항, 및 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 필터(15)의 하우징(16)은 상기 기어케이스(1)에 직접 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크류형 압축기.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 윤활제 냉각기(13)와 필터(15)용 하우징(16)사이의 도관 (22)은 상기 기어케이스91)에 일체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크류형 압축기.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 필터(15)의 하우징과 노즐 또는 분배 부재(23)사이의 도관(24-25-26)은 적어도 부분적으로 상기 기어케이스(1)에 일체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크류형 압축기.
  12. 제1항, 제2항, 제5항, 제8항, 제10항, 및 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기어케이스(1)에 장착된는 부품 중 적어도 다수의 부품(2,13,41)은 테이퍼핀(7)에 소정의 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크류형 압축기.
  13. 제1항, 제2항, 제5항, 제8항, 제10항, 및 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 화학적 세정을 위한 2개의 연결부(59)가 압축공기 냉각기(41)의 케이싱에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크류형 압축기.
