Abstract
본 발명은 물품의 표면을 산수(酸洙: picking)시킨 다음2단계로 처리하는 공정에 관한 것으로서, 1차 처리 단계는 0.2g/m2이상의 도포를 침적시키기에 적합한 소위 "무정형" 인산화이고, 뒤이은 2차 처리 단계는 "니켈도금"이다.
상기와 같은 방법으로, 에나멜의 양호한 접착을 수득하는 동시에 산수시 슬러지의 양을 제한하는 것이 가능하다.
디렉트-온 에나멜화된 금속 박판으로 형성된 물품을 제조하는 전체적인 공정에서, 박판은 산수 이후에, 특히 인산화인 1차 단계 이후 및 니켈 도금인 2차 단계 이전에 성형될 수 있다.

Claims (4)
- 금속 표면을 산수시킨 다음 이어서 처리하는데, 이는 산수된 표면을 2-단계로, 즉, 상기 표면상에 0.2g/m2이상의 도포 형성에 적합한, 소위 "무정형"인산화인 1차 처리 단계, 이어서 "니켈 도금"인 2차 처리 단계로 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 디렉트-온 에나멜화를 위한 특히, 강철 박판으로 제조된 물품의 금속 표면의 처리 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 강철 박판의 경우, 표면의 평방 미터당 15그램 이하의 강철을 제거하기에 적합한 조건하에서, 상기 표면을 산수시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 처리 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 니켈 도금 조건이 에나멜화될 물품의 표면상에 0.5 내지 2.5g/m2의 사이에 침적을 수득하도록 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 처리 방법.
- 성형 공정, 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중의 어느 한 항에서 청구된 방법을 이용한 표면의 처리, 및 에나멜 공정으로 이루어지며, 이중 성형 공정이 산수 이후 및 소위 무정형 인산화의 1차 처리 단계 이후에 수행되는 것을 특징으로, 디렉트-온 에나멜화된 금속 박판으로 제조된 물품의 제조 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
