Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé pour l'émaillage partiel d'objets en acier inoxydable, qui présentent, à côté de zones émaillées fortement adhérentes, des zones métalliques non recouvertes d'émail, d'un aspect décoratif, et sont soumis, au moins dans les zones à émailler, à un pré-traitement pour augmenter l'adhérence de l'émail. Selon l'invention, au moins les zones à émailler sont munies après dégraissage d'une couche d'adhérence intermédiaire de nickel, cobalt ou cuivre et ensuite d'une couche de fer déposée galvaniquement et, après la cuisson de l'émail, les zones non emaillées sont nettoyées et traitées si on le désire de manière décorative.
