Abstract

진공라인의 누설시 자동으로 엔진의 출력을 저감시켜 차량의 주행 속도를 낮추는 진공 배력식 안전 브레이크는 진공라인(16)을 통해 진공탱크(14)와 연결되는 주차 부우스터(20)와, 진공탱크(14)로부터 작용하는 부압에 의해 가압되는 다이어프램(22)과, 이 다이어프램(22)에 부착된 푸시로드(24)와 작동적으로 연결되어 있고, 다이어프램(22)의 작동에 따라 주차 케이블(18)을 선택적으로 당기는 작동레버(26)와, 주차 부우스터(20)에 설치된 주차 브레이크 감지스위치(42)의 작동신호에 따라 진공라인(16)에 부착된 대기압밸브(36)를 개폐하는 제어기(38)로 구성된다.

Claims (3)

  1. 모터의 회전에 따라 작동되는 진공펌프에 의해 부압이 형성되는 진공탱크와, 브레이크 페달의 가압시 상기 진공탱크에서 작용하는 부압에 의해 브레이크 마스터 실린더를 가압하는 부우스터를 구비한 진공배력식 브레이크에 있어서, 진공라인을 통해 상기 진공탱크와 연결되는 주차 부우스터와, 상기 진공탱크로부터 작용하는 부압에 의해 가압되는 다이어프램과, 상기 다이어프램에 부착된 푸시로드와 작동적으로 연결되어 있고, 상기 다이어프램의 작동에 따라 주차 케이블을 선택적으로 당기는 작동레버와, 상기 주차 부으스터에 설치된 주차 브레이크 감지스위치의 작동신호에 따라 상기 진공라인에 부착된 대기압밸브를 개폐하는 제어기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공배력식 안전 브레이크.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어기에서 전달되는 전기적인 신호에 따라 차량의 주차상태를 표시하는 경고등을 추가로 구비하는 진공 배력식 안전 브레이이크.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주차 부우스터 내에는 다이어프램을 가압하는 스프링이 설치되는 진공식 안전 브레이크.
