Abstract

생약성분으로부터 약성분을 알콜혼합수로 충분히 용출한 다음 알콜을 증발시키고, 고온 고압에서 증자하여 약초에 함유된 고온용해물을 용출시킨 다음 응축기에서 응축시킨 용액을 여과 압착하여 건강음료수를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것임.

Claims (2)

  1. 중량비로 유지 10중량부에 감초 4중량부로 각각 분쇄한 혼합물 14중량부에 대하여 당귀, 천궁, 백작약, 황기, 숙지황 쌍지, 계피, 결명자, 죽엽 국화중에서 적어도 3종 이상을 선택한 생약성분 12∼30중량부의 분쇄 혼합물을 첨가한 전체 혼합물을 25°∼30℃로 유지된 10배의 온수에 5~10시간 침지하고 이를 가온하여 80℃로 30분간 가열한 다음 이어 온도 120∼125℃, 압력 30-40㎏/㎠ 유지한 고압부에서 약 1시간 증자한 것을 냉각관을 통해 점차적으로 온도 및 압력을 강하시켜 온도 10∼15℃로 유지된 응축기에서 충분히 응축시킨 용액을 압착 여과하여 제조함을 특징으로 하는 건강음료수의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 온수는 중량비로 알콜농도 90% 이상의 에타놀 5%가 첨가됨을 특징으로 하는 건강음료수의 제조방법.
