Abstract

본 발명은 전자기력을 유발하는 모터의 고정자에 관한 것으로, 특히 고정자의 구조를 개선하고 권선량을 증가시킴으로써 모터 체적당 효율을 증대함과 더불어 조립성을 향상한 모터고정자구조에 관한 것이다. 본 장치는 일체형 코어에 코일을 권선하여 고장자를 제작하므로 제작이 간편용이하다. 아울러, 일체형코어에 코일을 연속적으로 권선함으로써 고밀도의 권선이 가능하고 제작공정 및 제작시간이 단축되는 효과를 갖는다.

제2도는 기존의 모터고정자구조의 다른예를 나타낸 설명도,
제3도는 본 발명에 따른 모터고정자구조의 조립방법을 설명하기 위한 조립순서도.

Claims (5)

  1. 권선코어를 적층하고 코일을 권선하여 구성되는 모터의 고정자에 있어서, 내측부에 상기 코일이 권선되는 돌출부를 구비하고, 조립지그에 감겨 연결부위가 대략 환상으로 절곡되는 일체로 성형된 다수개의 코어편들로 구성된 일체형코어; 및 상기 각각의 코어편들의 돌출부 외주연에 권선되어 일체형코어 내부에 수용고정되며, 외부로부터 전류를 공급받아 전자기력을 형성하는 코일체들을 포함하는 조립성을 개선한 모터고정자구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코일체들은 상기 각각의 코어편들에 연속적으로 권선되어 한쌍의 인입선과 인출선을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립성을 개선한 모터고정자구조.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 코일체와 코일체 사이에 삽설되어 이웃한 두 코일체들을 절연시키는 절연부재를 더 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립성을 개선한 모터고정자구조.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 일체형코어의 양단부 중 일단부에는 홈부가, 타단부에는 턱부가 형서되어 양단부가 서로 삽입결합되어 환상의 구성체를 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립성을 개선한 모터고정자구조.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 삽입연결된 홈부와 턱부는 레이저로 고착되어 일체화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립성을 개선한 모터고정자구조.
