Abstract

전자빔을 발생시키는 음극선관의 전계 방출영 냉 음극(field emission type cold cathod)(10)을, 노 온도 설정 히터(21)와 진공 펌프(23)를 포함하는 배기로 (20)의 내부 온도 분포가 균일하지 않을 때에도 전계 방출형 냉 음극의 필요한 전자 방출 특성을 얻을 수 있는 충분히 높은 온도로 가열시키기 위해, 음극선관의 진공관(2)의 넥 부분(2a)에 제공되는 음극선관의 전자총(3)의 전계 방출형 냉 음극(100은 진공관(2)이 배기되는 동안 넥 부분(2a)의 외주 주변 표면상에 분리할 수 있게 설치된 넥 히터(22)에 의해 부분적으로 가열된다.

Claims (3)

  1. 전계 방출형 냉 음극을 전자빔 발생원으로서 포함하는 음극선관을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 음극선관을 전체적으로 가열하는 단계와 상기 음극선관의 진공관의 넥 부분에 제공된 상기 전계 방출형 냉 음극을 부분적으로 가열하는 단계를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관 제조 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부분적으로 가열하는 단계는 상기 진공관이 상기 넥부분의 외부주변 표명상에 분리가능하게 서치된 넥히터에 의해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관 제조 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 음극선관의 상기 진공관은 상기 부분적으로 가열하는 단계 동안 배기하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관 제조 방법.
