Abstract

본 발명은 코어(Core)를 접착하는데 사용되는 그라스(Glass)의 조성을 바꿔 헤드의 특성을 향상시키도록한 브이.씨.알.용 자기 헤드에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 그라스에 산화지르코늄을 첨가하고 산화알루미늄의 조성비를 바꾸어 사용하므로써 헤드에 요구되는 특성, 내산성, 내수성 및 내마모성을 높여 자기 헤드의 유효수명을 연장시키고, 비교적 저온에서 C-코어와 I-코어를 융착시킬 수 있는 브이.씨.알.용 자기 헤드를 제공하는 것이며, 그 구성은 산화 규소(SiO2)와 산화납(PbO)와 산화 칼륨(K2O)과 산화 나트륨(Na2O)과 산화 아연(ZnO)과 산화알루미늄(Al2O3)과 산화 붕소(B2O3)와 산화 바륨(BaO)으로 구성되는 그라스에 의해서 융착 접합되어 제조되는 브이.씨.알.용 자기 헤드에 있어서, 상기 브이.씨.알.용 자기 헤드는 상기 조성물외에 산화 지르코늄(ZrO2)을 소정의 조성비로 첨가하여 구성되는 그라스에 의해서 융착 접합되어 제조하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (2)

  1. 산화 규소(SiO2) 4.0Wt%와, 산화 납(PbO) 63.0Wt%와, 산화 칼륨(K2O) 2.0Wt%와, 산화 나트륨(Na2O) 2.0Wt%와, 산화 아연(ZnO) 10.0Wt%와, 산화알루미늄(Al2O3) 7.0Wt%와, 산화 붕소(B2O3) 9.0Wt%와, 산화 바륨(BaO) 2.0Wt%의 조성비를 갖고 구성되는 그라스에 의해서 융착 접합되어 제조되는 브이.씨.알. 용 자기헤드에 있어서, 상기 산화 알루미늄(Al2O3)의 조성비를 2.0 내지 3.0Wt%으로하고, 산화 지르코늄(ZrO2)을 소정의 조성비로 첨가하여 구성되는 그라스에 의해서 융착 접합되어 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 브이.씨.알.용 자기 헤드.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산화 지르코늄(ZrO2)의 조성비는 4.0 내지 5.0Wt%인 것을 특징으로 하는 브이.씨.알.용 자기 헤드.
