Abstract

이 발명은 종래의 자기헤드에서 자로의 크기를 효과적으로 줄일 수 있도록 비자성 세라믹 기판상에 중간 절연막을 사이에 두고 금속 자성막을 교호로 적층시켜 적층코아 블록을 형성하는 단계와; 상기 적층코아 블록의 길이 방향의 측면 에지부와 폭방향에 각각 자로 규제홈을 가공 형성하는 단계와; 상기 자로 규제홈에 저융점 글라스를 충진하여 적층코아 블록을 형성하는 단계와; 상기 적층코아 블록상에 또 다른 적층코아 블록을 적층시킨 후, 절단면으로 절단하여 각각 I형 코아와 C형 코아로 형성하는 단계와; 상기 I형 코아 및 C형 코아에 각각 보강홈과 갭막 및 권섬홈을 형성시킨 후 상기 갭막을 중심으로 접합용 유리물을 게재하여 접합시키는 단계와; 상기 코아를 소정영역의 절단면으로 절단 및 랩 연마하여 자기헤드 코아로 형성시키는 단계를 포함하도록 함으로써 코아의 자로의 길이가 매우 짧은 자기헤드 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 비자성 세라믹 기판상에 금속 자성막이 적층 형성된 I형 코아와 C형 코아가 갭막을 중심으로 접합 형성되며, 상기 코아의 권선홈에 코일이 권선되어 있는 자기헤드에 있어서, 상기 금속 자성막의 연장선에는 자로 규제홈이 형성되고, 상기 자로 규제홈에 저융점 글라스가 충진되도록 함으로써 헤드의 자로의 크기가 규제됨을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드.
  2. 비자성 세라믹 기판상에 중간 절열막을 사이에 두고 금속 자성막을 교호로 적층시켜 적층코아 블록을 형성하는 단계와; 상기 적층코아 블록의 길이 방향의 측면 에지부와 폭방향에 각각 자로 규제홈을 가공 형성하는 단계와; 상기 자로 규제홈에 저융점 글라스를 충진하여 적층코아 블록을 형성하는 단계와; 상기 적층코아 블록상에 또 다른 적층코아 블록을 적층시킨 후, 절단면으로 절단하여 각각 I형 코아와 C형 코아로 형성하는 단계와; 상기 I형 코아 및 C형 코아에 각각 보강홈과 갭막 및 권선홈을 형성시킨 후 상기 갭막을 중심으로 접합용 유리물을 게재하여 접합시키는 단계와; 상기 코아를 소정영역의 절단면으로 절단 및 랩 연마하여 자기헤드 코아로 형성시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드의 제조방법.
