Abstract

압축-팽창 공기 조화 시스템용 고 잠열 냉각 제어 조립체는 실내 공기 증발기 코일의 빠져나가는 공기 쪽에 배치된 보조 냉각기 코일을 채택한다. 액체 라인 분기관은 응축기로부터 보조 냉각기 코일로 응축된 액체를 공급하며, TXV일 수 있는 유동 제한기는 냉매가 증발기 코일과 결합된 팽창 장치에 도달하기 전에 보조 냉각된 액체 압력을 강하시킨다. 바이패스 라인은 응축기를 팽창 장치에 연결하며, 자동 습도 조절기에 의해 작동되는 액체 라인 솔레노이드 밸브를 갖는다. 제습이 요구될 때, 솔레노이드 밸브는 폐쇄되고 냉매는 보조 냉각기 코일을 통해 유동한다. 자동 습도 조절기가 만족된 때, 솔레노이드 밸브는 개방되고 냉매 경로는 보조 냉각기 코일을 바이패스한다. 고 잠열 보조 냉각기 조립체는 특정 부지에 설치되거나 기존의 공기 조화기에 개장될 수 있다.

Claims (8)

  1. 잠열 냉각이 제어되는 공기 조화 장치에 있어서, 상기 공기 조화 장치는, 작동 유체가 저온 증기로서 공급되는 흡입측과 작동 유체가 고압 고온의 증기로서 토출되는 토출측을 갖는 압축기와; 고압의 상기 증기가 공급되어 작동 유체로부터 실외 공기로 열을 배출시키고 작동 유체를 고압의 액체로서 방출하는 실외 응축기 열교환기와; 상기 응축기 열교환기로부터 액체 라인에 의해 고압의 작동 유체가 공급되며, 상기 작동 유체의 압력을 상기 저압 액체의 압력으로 강하시키는 팽창 밸브 수단과, 상기 작동 유체를 저압 증기로 변환시키고 상기 저압 증기를 상기 압축기의 흡입측으로 통과시키도록 내부에서 실내 공기 기류의 열을 상기 저압 액체에 의해 흡수하는 열교환기 수단을 구비하는 실내 증발기 코일과; 상기 실내 증발기 코일을 빠져나가는 실내 공기의 상대 습도를 감소시키는 수단을 포함하며, 상기 상대 감소 수단은, 상기 고압 액체를 수용하도록 상기 응축기 열교환기에 연결된 입구와 상기 실내 증발기 코일의 팽창 밸브 수단에 연결된 출구를 가지며, 상기 작동 유체를 보조 냉각시키도록 그리고 상기 실내 증발기 코일을 빠져나가는 실내 공기 기류의 온도를 상승시키도록 상기 빠져나가는 실내 공기 기류 내에 배치되는 보조 냉각기 열 교환기와; 냉각 및 제습이 요구될 때 고압 액체인 작동 유체를 상기 보조 냉각기 열교환기를 지나 상기 실내 증발기 코일로 경유시키도록 작동하고, 냉각만이 요구될 때 보조 냉각기 열교환기를 바이패스시키고 고압 액체인 작동 유체를 상기 응축기 열교환기로부터 상기 증발기 코일로 직접 경유시키도록 작동하는 제어 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 조화 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액체 라인은 상기 증발기 코일의 팽창 밸브 수단에 연결된 제1분기관과, 상기 보조 냉각기 열교환기의 입구에 연결된 제2분기관을 구비하며, 제2액체 라인은 상기 보조 냉각기 열교환기의 출구를 상기 증발기 코일의 팽창 밸브 수단에 연결하고 유동 제한 장치를 포함하며, 상기 제어 수단은 상기 제1분기관에 개재된 액체 라인 솔레노이드 밸브와, 냉각만이 요구될 때 상기 솔레노이드 밸브를 개방하고 냉각 및 제습이 요구될 때 상기 솔레노이드 밸브를 폐쇄하도록 상기 솔레노이드 밸브에 연결된 제어 회로 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 조화 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제어 회로 수단은 냉각 설정치 온도에 도달된 때 상기 압축기를 작동시키는 신호를 공급하는 냉각 도선을 갖는 자동 온도 조절기와, 상기 액체 라인 솔레노이드 밸브를 작동시키는 제어 도선 수단과 직렬로 연결된 자동 습도 조절기를 구비하고 상기 냉각 도선에 연결된 습도 제어 라인을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 조화 장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제어 회로 수단은 상기 습도 제어 라인과 직렬로 연결되고 상기 압축기의 흡입측에서의 저압 조건을 검출하도록 상기 압축기의 흡입측과 유체 연통하는 저압 스위치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 조화 장치.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 솔레노이드 밸브는 통상 상태에서 폐쇄되며 작동될 때 개방되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 조화 장치.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 솔레노이드 밸브는 통상 상태에서 개방되며 작동될 때 폐쇄되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 조화 장치.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 자동 온도 조절기는 높은 제2설정치에 도달된 때 통전되는 제2냉각 도선을 갖는 2단계 자동 온도 조절기이며, 상기 제어 회로 수단은 상기 제2냉각 도선에 연결되어 제2 냉각 도선에 의해 작동되며 상기 습도 제어 라인과 직렬로 연결된 전력 도선을 갖는 제어 릴레이도 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 조화 장치.
  8. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 액체 라인 솔레노이드 밸브는 라인 전력 공급식 장치이며, 상기 제어 도선 수단은 상기 습도 제어 라인 내에서 직렬로 연결된 작동기와, 라인 전원 및 상기 액체 라인 솔레노이드 밸브에 연결된 전력 도선을 갖는 제어 릴레이를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 조화 장치.
