Abstract

본 발명은 절삭공구의 수명을 길게하고, 절삭 가공능률을 높이며, 절삭가공의 가공변형이 경미한 우수한 피삭성을 구비함과 동시에, 매끈한 연마성, 엠보스 가공성(피에칭성), 용접 보수성들의 특성도 우수한 플라스틸 성형 금형용 강 및 이 금형용강으로 제작된 금형으로 플라스틱을 성형하는 방법을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다.
본 발명의 플라스틱 성형 금형용 강은, 화학조성이 중량%로서, C:0.05~0.55%, Si:0.50~2.5%, Mn:0.10~2.50%, Cr:0~3.0%, Ni:0~2.0%, Mo:0~1.5%, V:0~0.50%, P:0.035%이하, S:0.080%이하, Al:0.02%이하, B:0~0.01%, Bi:0~0.05%, Be:0~0.1%, Pb:0~0.05%, Te:0~0.05%, Nd:0~0.1%, O(산소):0.001~0.008%를 함유하고 잔부는 Fe 및 불가피한 불순물인 것을 특징으로 한다.

  1. 중량%로서, C:0.05~0.55%, Si:0.50~2.5%, Mn:0.10~2.50%, Cr:0~3.0%, Ni:0~2.0%, Mo:0~1.5%, V:0~0.50%, P:0.035%이하, S:0.080%이하, Al:0.02%이하, B:0~0.01%, Bi:0~0.05%, Be:0~0.1%, Pb:0~0.05%, Te:0~0.05%, Nd:0~0.1%, O(산소):0.001~0.008%를 함유하고 잔부는 Fe 및 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 피삭성이 우수한 플라스틱 성형 금형용 강.
