CONSTITUTION:The steel material contg., by weight, 0.15-0.35% C, 0.05-0.80% Si, 0.50-2.00% Mn, <0.030% P, 0.03-0.10% S, 0.50-2.50% Cr, 0.05-1.00% Mo, 0.01-0.10% V, <0.004% Al, 0.03-0.06% Zr, <0.0030% N and <0.0040% O or furthermore contg. 0.0005-0.0030% B and 0.005-0.020% Ti is used as the titled preharden steel for the production of a mold for plastic injection molding.
