Abstract

본 발명은 차량 실내용 제습장치(10)에 관한 것이다. 제습장치(10)는, 일단부가 블라우어(12)와 에어콘/히터유니트(14)를 잇는 공기통로(B)에 연결되고 다른 단부는 차실(28)로 통하게 되는 바이패스 도관(A), 상기 바이패스 도관(A)의 경로중에 배설되고 축(20)을 중심으로 회전가능하게 되며 각각의 외면에는 다수의 소공(24a)이 형성되는 프레임(24)에 부착되는 회전익(18), 및 상기 프레임(24)의 내부에 제공되는 제습제(16)를 포함한다. 이에 따라, 에어콘 또는 히터에 의한 냉난방을 수행하지 않고서도 차량 실내의 습기를 효과적으로 제거하여 차실 내부의 노점을 낮춤으로써, 글래스에 서리가 끼는 것을 방지할 수 있게 되며, 쾌적한 살내 분위기를 조성할 수 있게 되는 효과가 도출된다.

제2(나)도는 제2(가)도의 선 A-A를 따랄 취한 단면도.

Claims (4)

  1. 차량 실내용 제습장치에 있어서, 일단부가 블라우어와 에어콘/히터 유니트를 잇는 외부와의 공기통로에 연결되고 다른 단부는 차실내부로 통하게 되는 바이패스 도관, 및 상기 바이패스 도관의 경로중에 배설되는 제습수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 실내용 제습장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제습수단이, 축을 중심으로 회전가능하며, 그 제습수단을 통과하는 공기의 유량에 의해 회전하는 회전익을 지니며, 그 제습수단의 일부가 상기 바아패스 도관의 반경방향 외부로 돌출되며, 상기 돌출되는 부분에는 엔진룸을 경유한 고온의 공기가 통과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 실내용 제습장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제습제가 실리카 겔인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 실내용 제습장치.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 장치가, 상기 바이패스 도관의 상기 일단부에 제공되는 모드 도어, 및 상기 모드 도어를 개폐시키기 위해 차실내에 제공되는 제습모드 스위치를 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 실내용 제습장치.
