Abstract

본 발명은 버스의 사이드 윈도우 몰딩용 지그에 관한 것으로 양단에 서로 대향되게 형성된 제1걸림부(5)의 저부에 일체로 제2걸림부(5A)를 절곡 형성하여 이루어진 클램프(6)(6A)에 일체로 연결편(7)(7A)을 각각 형성하고, 상기 연결편(7)의 일측과 힌지(8) 결합되어 회동하는 손잡이(9)의 일측에 연결대(10)을 힌지(8)로써 결합하여 상기 손잡이(9)에 힌지(8) 결합된 연결대(10)가 힌지(8) 결합되는 본체(11)의 일측과 상기 연결편(7)을 힌지(8) 결합함과 동시에 상기 연결편(7A)을 일체로 설치하며, 상기 연결편(7)(7A) 사이에 상호 교차되게 힌지(8) 결합되어 회동하는 제1, 2링크(12)(13)와, 상기 제1, 2링크(12)(13) 상면에 경사지게 설치된 중앙지지대(14)을 갖는 지그(4)를 제공하여 몰딩작업시간이 단축되어 작업성 및 생산성을 향상시키는 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 버스의 사이드 윈도우(1) 사이의 수직필러(2)에 윈도우 몰딩재(3)를 몰딩하기 위한 지그(4)에 있어서, 양단에 서로 대향되게 제1, 2걸림부(5)(5A)가 구비된 클램프(6)(6A)에 일체로 형성된 연결편(7)(7A)과, 상기 연결편(7)에 힌지(8) 결합되어 회동하는 손잡이(9)에 힌지(8) 결합된 연결대(10)와, 상기 연결대(10)가 힌지(8) 결합되며 상기 연결편(7)이 힌지(8) 결합되고 상기 연결편(7A)이 설치되는 본체(11)와, 상기 연결편(7)(7A) 사이에 힌지(8) 결합되어 회동하는데 제1, 2링크(12)(13)와, 상기 제1, 2링크(12)(13) 상면에 경사지게 설치된 중앙지지대(14)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 버스의 사이드 윈도우 몰딩용 지그.
