Abstract
A digital exchanger is provided, which includes a clock generating circuit (10) including a reference synchronization clock receiving/discriminating/selecting part (50), an oscillation control part (60) for producing a voltage which is converted from a phase difference counting signal, an oscillation part (19) for generating a clock having predetermined frequency according to the voltage supplied from the oscillation control part, and a clock converting part (70) for producing the clock output from the oscillating part after converting into a predetermined frequency, and a digital switching circuit (30) including a received data/address converting part (80), a control logic/decoder part (35), a clock dividing/transmitting part (90), a digital time/space switching part (39) and a serial data receiving part (40), wherein network synchronization part and the time/space switch part are minimized to 1 board so that subscribers of small capacity may be served for the time division exchange service, and stable data communication may be achieved by the PLL including the phase comparison part, counting part, voltage converting part, oscillating part and the second division part.
