Abstract

본 발명은 마식(erosion)이 심한 설비의 보수용으로 사용되는 복합코팅재에 관한 것으로서, 특히 내마모성이 우수한 보수용 복합코팅재를 제공함에 그 목적이 있다.
상기한 목적 달성을 위한 본 발명은 구형의 세라믹 분말:9-50 부피% 및 에폭시 수지 접착제:91~50부피%로 구성되는 보수용 복합코팅재에 관한 것을 그 요지로 한다.

제1도는 실리콘 카바이드를 함유한 복합코팅재에 대한 마식시험에 있어 알루미나 분진충돌각도를 변화시킨 경우 실리콘 카바이드부피분율에 따른 마식정도를 나타내는 그래프, 제2도는 종래의 복합코팅재에 사용된 세라믹 분말 입자의 형상을 보여주는 사진, 제3도는 본 발명의 복합코팅재에 사용된 세라믹 분말 입자의 형상을 보여주는 사진, 제4도는 종래의 복합 코팅재와 본 발명에 의한 복합 코팅재에 대한 세라믹 입자크기에 따른 마식정도를 나타내는 그래프이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 구형의 세라믹 분말:9-50부피% 및 에폭시 수지 접착제:91-50 부피%로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 보수용 복합코팅재.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹 분말의 입자크기가 0.5-1㎜임을 특징으로 하는 보수용 복합코팅재.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹 분말이 실리콘 카바이드 또는 텅스텐카바이드임을 특징으로 하는 보수용 복합코팅재.
