Claims (19)

  1. 물과 혼합된 후 급속히 건조되며, 주조 또는 분무에 의해 목적 부분에 적용되어 노벽을 형성하며, 내화 응집물, 내화 분말, 알루미늄 합금 분말(내화 응집물 및 내화 분말 총량 100중량부당 0.04 내지 5중량부가 함유됨) 및 분산제를 포함하는 일체식 내화 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 알루미늄 합금 분말이 60 내지 95중량%의 Al 및 5 내지 40중량%의 Si 또는 Mg를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일체식 내화 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 알루미늄 합금 분말이 85 내지 93중량%의 Al 및 7 내지 15중량%의 Si 또는 Mg를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일체식 내화 조성물.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알루미늄 합금 분말이 Al 및 Si 또는 Mg의 총량으로서 90중량% 이상의 순도를 가지며, 0.074㎜ 이하인 입자를 40중량% 이상 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일체식 내화 조성물.
  5. 제1 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알루미늄 합금 분말이 내화 응집물 및 내화 분말 총량 100중량부당 0.1 내지 2중량부가 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 일체식 내화 조성물.
  6. 제1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 내화 분말이 알루미나 시멘트를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 일체식 내화 조성물.
  7. 내화 응집물, 내화 분말, 알루미늄 합금 분말 및 분산제 100중량부를 물 12중량부 이하와 혼합함으로써 제조되는 자체 유동성 배치로서, 알루미늄 합금 분말이 내화 응집물 및 내화 분말 총량 100중량부당 0.05 내지 3중량부가 함유되고, 혼합 후 즉시 배치를 개방 상부 말단 및 하부 말단을 가지며, 상부 말단 내직경이 50㎜이며, 하부 말단 내직경은 100㎜이며, 높이가 150㎜인 원뿔대에 채운 후, 배치를 60초간 정지한 경우, 배치의 펼친 직경이 190㎜ 이상인 정도로 자체 유동성 배치가 유동성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자체 유동성 배치.
  8. 내화 응집물, 내화 분말, 분산제 및 알루미늄 합금 분말(내화 응집물 및 내화 분말 총량 100중량부당 0.04 내지 5중량부가 함유됨)을 포함하는 조성물에 예정량의 물을 혼합함으로써 제조된 일체식 내화 배치를 주조 또는 분무에 의해 예정된 노벽 형성 부분에 적용한 후, 이렇게 적용된 내화물을 내화물 표면에서 50에서 400℃/시의 가열 속도로 가열하며, 이 열처리는 내화물을 건조시키기 위해 적어도 내화물 표면 온도가 500℃이상이 될때까지 실행함을 포함하는 노벽 형성 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 알루미늄 합금 분말이 60 내지 95중량%의 Al 및 5 내지 40중량%의 Si 또는 Mg를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 알루미늄 합금 분말이 85 내지 93중량%의 Al 및 7 내지 15중량%의 Si 또는 Mg를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제8항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알루미늄 합금 분말이 Al 및 Si 또는 Mg의 총량으로서 90중량% 이상의 순도를 가지며 0.074㎜ 이하인 입자를 40중량% 이상 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제8항 내지 10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 내화 분말이 알루미나 시멘트를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 제8항 내지 10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 주조 또는 분무에 의해 적용된 내화물을 100℃/시 이상의 가열 속도로 가열 및 건조시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  14. 제8항 내지 10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 주조 또는 분무에 의해 적용된 내화물을 표면 온도가 1000℃가 될때까지 가열 및 건조시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  15. 제8항 내지 10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 일체식 내화 배치를 주조에 의해, 예정된 노벽 형성 부분에 적용하고, 알루미늄 합금 분말이 내화 응집물 및 내화 분말 총량 100중량부당 0.04 내지 3중량부가 함유되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 알루미늄 합금 분말이 내화 응집물 및 내화 분말 총량 100중량부당 0.1 내지 1중량부가 함유되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  17. 제8항 내지 10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 일체식 내화 배치를 주조에 의해 예정된 노벽 형성 부분에 적용하고, 알루미늄 합금 분말이 내화 응집물 및 내화 분말 총량 100중량부당 0.05 내지 5중량부가 함유되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 알루미늄 합금 분말이 내화 응집물 및 내화 분말 총량 100중량부당 0.1 내지 3중량부가 함유되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  19. 제8항 내지 18항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법으로 형성된 노벽을 갖는 노.
