Abstract

본 발명은 배기 브레이크 장치의 배기 브레이크 밸브 작동에 의해 배기 파이프내에서 증가되는 배압을 이용하여 실린더로 분사되는 연료량을 감량시키도록 하므로서 엔진의 출력을 저하시켜 제동성능이 향상되도록 하는 배력을 이용한 제동력 증대 장치에 대한 것이다.
본 발명은 배기 브레이크 밸브 전방의 배기 파이프에 설치되는 프레서 센서와, 상기 프레서 센서로부터 전달되는 전압에 의해 내부의 플랜저를 이동시켜 분사 펌프의 컨트롤 랙을 작동시키도록 솔레노이드 밸브를 구성시켜 배기 브레이크 장치가 장착된 차량 구조에서 고출력외 엔진이 탑재됨에 따라 향상된 출력만큼 증가되는 배가가스의 배력에 의해 엔진 브레이크 작용시의 제동력을 보다 향상되도록 하므로서 충분한 급감속 효과를 제공하게 되는 동시에 커다란 구조의 변경이 없이 간단한 보조장치만 구비시키기만 되므로 장착성이 용이하고, 연료가 절감되도록 하면서 구조 변경을 최소화시킬 수 있도록 하는 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 배기 브레이크 밸브 전방의 배기 파이프에 설치되어 배기가스의 배압을 감지하는 동시에 감지된 배압을 전기적 신호로 출력시키는 프레서 센서와; 상기 프레서 센서로부터 전달되는 전압에 의해 내부의 플런저를 이동시켜 분사 펌프의 컨트롤 랙을 작동시키도록 하는 솔레노이드 밸브로 이루어지는 구성을 특징으로 하는 배력을 이용한 제동력 증대 장치.
