Abstract

본 발명은 각 산업분야에서 미세분진(Dust)이 비산 또는 확산되지 못하게 하는 역할중 가장 중요한 핵심체인 여과포를 주머니형 여과천(Purse Type Filter Fibrosis)으로 하는 집진기에 관한 것으로써, 좀더 구체적으로는 미세 분진의 회수는 물론 폼(Fume), 미스트(Mist)와 같은 화학 검뎅, 스멋(Smut)과 같은 검뎅, 석탄연기등을 집진헐 때 여과포의 수직방향 길이에 구애받지 않고 상기 여과포에 의해 걸러져 토출되는 청정공기의 토출 속도가 항상 일정해질 수 있도록 한 것이다.
이를 위해, 합성유체 진입에서 천연 및 화학적 생성입자상 고체 미세물질을 침강시키는 침강장(22)에 진입구를 상부에 설정하여 합성유체가 제1차 침강영역을 경유하지 아니하고는 진입할 수 없도록 된 여과 집진영역(17)과, 상기 여과 집진영역내에 지그재그로 위치되게 설치되어 합성유체가 수평으로 통과되도록 하면서 고체 미세물질을 걸러내는 육면체의 주머니형 여과포(11)와, 상기 주머니형 여과포에 의해 정화된 청정공기를 집진기의 외부로 배출시키는 토출구(25)를 하부에 위치시킨 청정공기 토출영역(18)으로 구성하여서 된 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 합성유체 진입에서 천연 및 화학적 생성입자상 고체 미세물질을 침강시키는 침강장(22)에 진입구를 상부에 설정하여 합성유체가 제1차 침강영역을 경유하지 아니하고는 진입할 수 없도록 된 여과 집진영역(17)과,
    상기 여과 집진영역내에 지그재그로 위치되게 설치되어 합성유체가 수평으로 통과되도록 하면서 고체 미세물질을 걸러내는 육면체의 주머니형 여과포(11)와,
    상기 주머니형 여과포에 의해 정화된 청정공기를 집진기의 외부로 배출시키는 토출구(25)를 하부에 위치시킨 청정공기 토출영역(18)으로 구성된 주머니형 여과포를 이용한 집진기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 주머니형 여과포(11)사이에 리테이터(12)를 적층하여 여과포의 입부분(11c)에 누름쇠(13)를 대고 체결부재를 체결하여 상기 주머니형 여과포가 리테이너(12)에 지지되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 주머니형 여과포를 이용한 집진기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 주머니형 여과포(11)의 상, 하면에 여과포 인장봉(20)을 설치함을 특징으로 하는 주머니형 여과포를 이용한 집진기.
