Abstract

외부의 온도변화에 따라 사육사의 환기량을 가감조절하고 간편한 방법으로 분뇨를 배출 및 수거하여 최적의 생육환경을 제공할 수 있게한 양돈사의 환기와 분뇨처리장치 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로, 종래의 사육사는 통상적인 형태의 구조물로되어 있으므로 사육조건에 맞도록 설정된 데이타를 적용할 수 없는 한계점이 있으며 이러한 이유로 인하여 환기 및 냉난방등의 조절을 관리자가 수작업으로 해야되고 특히 동절기의 경우는 사육사를 밀폐하게 됨으로써 사육사의 혼탁도가 극심하여 생육환경을 저해하는 문제점이 있었는바, 따라서, 외부공기가 유입되어 열교환하는 대기실을 돈방의 일측에 설치하고 그 타측에 음압의 발생과 환풍작용을 겸하는 환풍실을 설치하여 돈방의 전부분에 골고루 공기를 순환 및 배출하게 하고 동절기에는 난방기능을 겸할 수 있게 하였으며, 또한 돈방의 바닥면을 통과하여 낙하되는 배설물은 집류실과 지중에 배관한 이송관을 통하여 돈사 외부의 저장조로 배출되어 청소를 간편하게 한 것이다.The present invention relates to a ventilation and manure treatment device and a method of a pig house that can provide an optimal growth environment by adjusting or adjusting the ventilation amount of the breeder in accordance with the external temperature change and by simply discharging and collecting manure.
