Abstract

본 발명은 냉매등의 유체를 압축시키는 압축기에서 회전축과 피스톤등의 각 마찰부로 오일을 공급하기 위한 압축기의 오일픽업장치에 관한 것으로 회전축과, 상기 회전축의 작동에 따라 케이스내의 오일을 펌핑하여 각 마찰부로 급유하는 픽업수단을 구비한 압축기에 있어서, 상기 픽업수단(20)은 오일(9)이 유입되는 유입공(22a)을 형성시킨 관부재(22)와, 상기 관부재(22)내에 삽일설치되어 유입된 오일(9)을 회전축(3) 및 피스톤(5)의 마찰부로 공급하는 급유통로(24a)가 형성된 내부부재(24)로 이루어져 픽업수단내로 유입된 오일을 펌핑하여 각 마찰부로 공급함으로써 윤활작용이 더욱 원활하게 이루어지고, 압축기의 정지시에는 각 마찰부에 잔류하는 오일의 량을 증대시켜 초기기동시의 기동부하를 최소화함으로써 초기기동이 더욱 원활하게 이루어짐과 동시에 압축효율을 현저하게 향상시킬 수 있는 것이다.

제1도는 일반적인 밀폐형 압축기를 나타내는 전체종단면도, 제2도는 종래의 오일픽업장치를 나타내는 일부 확대단면도, 제3도는 본 발명이 적용된 압축기를 나타내는 일부 결합단면도, 제4도는 본 발명에 따른 압축기의 급유장치를 나타내는 요부 분해사시도, 제5도는 본 발명의 요부를 나타내는 결합단면도이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 회전축과, 상기 회전축의 작동에 따라 케이스내의 오일을 펌핑하여 각 마찰부로 급유하는 픽업수단을 구비한 압축기에 있어서, 상기 픽업수단(20)은 오일(9)이 유입되는 유입공(22a)을 형성시킨 관부재(22)와, 상기 관부재(22)내에 삽입설치되어 유입된 오일(9)을 회전축(3) 및 피스톤(5)의 마찰부로 공급하는 급유통로(24a)가 형성딘 내부부재(24)를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기의 오일픽업장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 급유통로(24a)는 내부부재(24)의 외주면에 나선형상으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기의 오일픽업장치.
