Claims (2)
- 광자기기록재료용 합금의 제조방법에 있어서, 50∼70원자%의 Fe, 15∼25원자%의 Gd, 및 잔부 B로 조성되는 합금을 용해한 후, 비정질 조직을 갖도록 임계냉각속도 106°K/S 이상으로 급냉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기 기록재료용 철-가돌리늄-보론계 합금의 제조방법.
- 광자기 기록재료용 합금의 제조방법에 있어서, 65∼80원자%의 Fe, 5∼15원자%의 Er, 및 잔부 B로 조성되는 합금을 용해한 후, 비정질 조직을 갖도록 임계냉각속도 106°K/S 이상으로 급냉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기 기록재료용 철-어어븀-보론계 합금의 제조방법.
