하드 디스크 구동장치에서 단일의 E-블럭을 가지는 액츄에이터 어셈블리에 관한 것이다.
2. 발명이 해결하고자 하는 기술적 과제
자기 헤드에 의해 발생된 신호에 잡음이 유입되는 것을 감소시킬 수 있는 액츄에이터 어셈블리를 제공한다.
3. 발명의 해결방법의 요지
전치증폭부중에 전치증폭기들만을 별도로 분리하여 단일의 E-블럭의 서포트 암들에 설치한다.

Claims (4)

  1. 하드 디스크 구동장치의 액츄에이터 어셈블리에 있어서, 각각 다수의 자기 디스크들중 하나로부터 데이타를 리드하기 위한 다수의 자기 헤드와, 상기 자기 헤드들에 각각 결합되는 다수의 서스펜션과, 상기 서스펜션들과 각각 결합되고 일체로 형성된 다수의 서포트 암을 가지는 단일의 E-블럭과, 상기 단일의 E-블럭과 결합되어 상기 디스크상에서 상기 서포트 암들을 함께 이동시키는 액츄에이터와, 상기 서포트 암들의 각 종단부의 일측면에 설치되고, 해당하는 자기헤드에 의해 발생된 신호를 증폭하는 다수의 전치증폭기와, 상기 E-블럭의 일측면에 설치되고, 상기 전치증폭기들중 하나를 선택하여 디스크 제어부에 연결하는 리드/라이트회로와, 상기 전치증폭기들을 각각 해당 서포트 암에 지지하고, 해당하는 서스펜션을 따라 설치되는 도전성 라인을 통해 해당 전치증폭기와 자기 헤드를 서로 연결하기 위한 다수의 회로 기판과, 상기 리드/라이트회로를 상기 E-블럭에 지지하고, 상기 서포트 암들을 따라 설치되는 도전성 라인들을 통해 상기리드/라이트회로와 전치증폭기들을 서로 연결하며, 플렉서블 케이블을 통해 상기 리드/라이트회로를 상기 디스크 제어부에 연결하는 플렉서블 회로 기판을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액츄에이터 어셈블리.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 리드/라이트회로가 상기 디스크 제어부로부터 인가되는 신호에 의해 다수의 헤드들중 어느 하나를 선택하는 헤드 스위칭회로와, 상기 헤드 스위칭회로에 의해 선택된 헤드로부터 발생된 리드신호를 버퍼링하거나 디스크 제어부로부터 인가되는 라이트신호에 의해 해당 헤드에 라이트전류를 인가하는 리드 버퍼 및 라이트회로로구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액츄에이터 어셈블리.
  3. 하드 디스크 드라이브의 액츄에이터 어셈블리에 있어서, 각각 다수의 자기 디스크들중 하나로부터 데이타를 리드하기 위한 다수의 자기 헤드와, 상기 자기 헤드들중 각각에 해당하는 자기 헤드에 형성되며 자기 헤드에 의해 발생된 신호를 증폭하는 다수의 전치증폭기와, 상기 자기 헤드들에 각각 결합되는 다수의 서스펜션과, 상기 서스펜션들과 각각 결합되고 일체로 형성된 다수의 서포트 암을 가지는 단일의 E-블럭과, 상기 단일의 E-블럭과 결합되어 상기 디스크상에서 상기 서포트 암들을 함께 이동시키는 액츄에이터와, 상기 E-블럭의 일측면에 설치되고, 상기 전치증폭기들중 하나를 선택하여 디스크 제어부에 연결하는 리드/라이트회로와, 상기 리드/라이트회로를 상기 E-블럭에 지지하고, 상기 서스펜션과 서포트 암들을 따라 설치되는 도전성 라인들을 통해 상기 리드/라이트회로와 전치증폭기들을 서로 연결하며, 플렉서블 케이블을 통해 상기 리드/라이트회로를 상기 디스크 제어부에 연결하는 회로 기판을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는액츄에이터 어셈블리.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 리드/라이트회로가 상기 디스크 제어부로부터 인가되는 신호에 의해 다수의 헤드들중 어느 하나를 선택하는 헤드 스위칭회로와, 상기 헤드 스위칭회로에 의해 선택된 헤드로부터 발생된 리드신호를 버퍼링하거나 디스크 제어부로부터 인가되는 라이트신호에 의해 해당 헤드에 라이트전류를 인가하는 리드 버퍼 및 라이트회로로 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액츄에이터 어셈블리.
